Cathleen M. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Cathleen began their career as an Educator at Gwinnett County Public Schools, where they implemented instructional materials, conducted assessments, and took on leadership responsibilities. Cathleen then transitioned to become a Professional Development Specialist at Discovery Education, where they developed and delivered presentations on integrating digital media with teaching practices.

Following this, Cathleen joined Discovery Communications as a Manager of Professional Development Implementation, where they worked with school district staff nationwide to ensure the successful delivery of professional development services. Cathleen also focused on building partnerships and maintaining relationship consistency.

Cathleen then moved to Kognito, where they held roles as a Senior Client Success Manager and K12 Team Leader, Senior Client Success Manager. In these positions, they led implementation strategies and managed client relationships, resulting in successful rollouts in large school districts and the generation of significant revenue. Cathleen also led a remote team across the country and organized internal professional development opportunities.

After Kognito, Cathleen worked at Transeo as a Solutions Engineer, where they established processes and procedures for Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams by creating and managing the Product Bible. Cathleen also assisted in creating and communicating the Product Roadmap to the necessary teams.

Most recently, Cathleen joined SchooLinks as a Manager, Customer Success. In this role, they led the Client Success Eastern Team, coached and developed team members, and supported clients to achieve their goals and drive business growth. Cathleen also provided clear growth and career pathways for each team member.

Currently, Cathleen is the Head of Product Success at Cariina, where they are responsible for the success of the company's products.

Cathleen M. attended South Gwinnett High School from the years 2000 to 2004. After completing high school, they then pursued higher education at The University of Georgia from 2004 to 2008. During their time at The University of Georgia, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education.
