Lesley A. Miller

Lesley A. Miller is an experienced human resources professional with a notable career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Area Director of Human Resources at Mainsail Lodging & Development since August 2019, Lesley also holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort since January 2017. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at One Bal Harbour Resort and Spa, The Tides South Beach, and Acqualina Resort and Spa, along with a stint as Employment Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Additionally, Lesley has worked as a Human Resources Consultant since October 2014. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, complemented by an Associate of Arts Degree from the University of Florida and studies at North Carolina State University.
