Rehman Qureshi

Rehman Qureshi has over 12 years of experience in the field of bioinformatics and data science. In 2021, they began working as a Scientist in Bioinformatics for Carisma Therapeutics. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as an Associate Scientist at The Wistar Institute, where they were responsible for data analysis and machine learning deployment for a high value research project. From 2009 to 2015, they worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Drexel University School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems. Rehman also had an internship/co-op at Merck in 2008, where they performed in vitro assays for a drug development pipeline and wet lab experiments.

Rehman Qureshi attained a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Drexel University School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems in 2009. Rehman then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the same school in 2011. Finally, in 2014 they earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioinformatics from Drexel University School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems.
