Jarkko Niittumaa

Jarkko Niittumaa is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in transformation and operational excellence across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of HR Projects at ZEISS Group, Jarkko has previously held significant roles at adidas as the Director of HR Transformation, where focus was on enhancing employee experiences through advanced HR services. At Allianz, Jarkko contributed as a Transformation Manager, promoting operational excellence within a large service organization. Experience at Aalto University involved leading service transformation aimed at delivering user-centric services, while earlier roles at Siemens included global leadership in project management and business continuity, as well as driving service excellence and digitalization initiatives.
