Tyson Proffitt

Tyson Proffitt has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. In 2012, they worked as a Fabrication General Manager at Industrial Electronics, where they were responsible for designing the facility layout, sourcing software and developing manufacturing standards and processes. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a Lead Design Engineer at Ceramaspeed, where they introduced product improvements and developed new standards in design and testing procedures. Since 2019, Tyson has been working at Carlex Glass America, LLC as a Lead Production Engineer, where they lead a team to increase line yield, output, and worker safety through continuous improvement projects.

Tyson Proffitt's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Austin Peay State University, which was completed from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician, as well as an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Pellissippi State Community College, during the period of 2012 to 2015.
