Eric Donaldson

Eric Donaldson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eric most recently served as the Director of Research and Development at Carlisle Fluid Technologies, where they led product and technology development programs. Prior to that, they were the Business Unit Director at Minco Products, Inc, overseeing P&L, strategy, operations, and business development for the Thermal Solutions Business. Eric also held the position of VP of Sales and Marketing at Remmele Engineering and served as a Senior Project Director at Pacific Resources International. Earlier in their career, Eric was the CEO of Reell Precision Manufacturing and held various roles at University of Minnesota, Eastman Kodak, and 3M. Eric'sexperience includes managing teams, overseeing research and development, and conducting international operations strategy and implementation consulting.

Eric Donaldson attended the University of Minnesota from 1973 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree. During their time at the university, they focused on studies in agronomy, agricultural engineering, and mechanical engineering.
