AJ Egerton possesses extensive experience in customer service and operational management within the retail and call center industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Customer Experience Center at CarMax since February 2016, AJ leads a team of over 90 consultants and multiple managers in a remote call center environment. Previous roles include Location General Manager and Assistant Store Manager at CarMax, and Store Leader at PetSmart, where AJ achieved high customer satisfaction scores and successfully managed store operations. Earlier in the career, AJ held positions such as Store Manager at Gander Outdoors and General Manager at hhgregg, with foundational experience at Circuit City as a Store Director and Divisional Trainer. AJ’s educational background includes attending Cave Spring High School.
