Joe McGrath

Joseph McGrath currently serves as the Interim Superintendent and has previously held the position of Director of Instructional Technology at Carmel Central School District since October 2021. From January 2010 to October 2021, Joseph McGrath was the Standards Administrator at Mt Vernon Board of Education. Prior roles include Technology Coordinator at M.S./High School 368 In-Tech Academy and Teacher/Technology Coordinator at M.S. 321. Joseph McGrath holds a BA in English from the University at Albany and multiple graduate degrees, including a DPS in Technology from Pace University, an MS in District and School Administration from Mercy University, and an MS in Urban Multi-Cultural Education from Mount Saint Vincent University.
