Alexis Panetta is an experienced pastry cook with a solid background in food service management and baking and pastry arts. Currently serving as a pastry cook at Carmel Country Club Inc since September 2016, Alexis has developed expertise in pastry preparation. Previous experience includes a teaching assistant role at Johnson & Wales University and a pastry cook position at The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel. In addition, Alexis gained valuable skills as a Chef's Choice work study at Johnson & Wales University and as a baker's assistant at Roe's Casa Dolce. Alexis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Service Management with a focus on Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University, attained between 2013 and 2016.
