Nichole Huff

Nichole Huff, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Communications at Carnegie Mellon University, where responsibilities include directing strategic communications and marketing efforts and developing a university-wide communication strategy. Previously, Nichole held the position of Senior Director of Communications at the National Emerging Special Pathogens Training and Education Center, focusing on crisis response and elevating the organization's leadership presence. Nichole has also directed communications for the Bowery Residents' Committee, achieving significant increases in fundraising and donor engagement, and served as Assistant Director of Community Affairs at New York University, managing key stakeholder relationships. Additional experience includes freelance writing and leadership roles in advocacy campaigns related to scenic conservation. Nichole holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Pittsburgh in Italian Language and Literature and English Writing.
