Jeffrey Jake is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end culinary operations, currently serving as the Executive Chef at Carneros Resort and Spa since September 2021. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Fairmont Grand Del Mar from January 2018 to July 2021, and at Silverado Resort and Spa from August 2010 to January 2018. Jeffrey also held the Executive Chef position at Carneros Resort and Spa from June 2007 to April 2010 and at Brannan’s Calistoga for a brief period in 2007. Earlier in their career, Jeffrey was the Chief Operating Officer at St. Helena Olive Oil Company and the Executive Chef at Pebble Beach Company from 1998 to 2004. Additionally, Jeffrey served as Chef De Cuisine at Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa from 1996 to 1997.
