Sharon Moseley

Sharon Moseley has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Sharon is currently the Global Human Resources Director at Caron Products, where they provide HR leadership and oversees the global HR function. Previously, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Next Generation Human Capital, where they assisted companies with HR transformation. Before that, they worked as an Independent Consultant at iHR Group. Sharon also has experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ashland, where they were involved in project management and implemented a comprehensive succession plan. Sharon also served as the Human Resources Director for North Americas at Tetra Pak, where they were responsible for implementing organizational strategic services and developing a performance-driven culture.

Sharon Moseley has a diverse education history. Sharon completed their Master Negotiation program at SMU Cox School of Business in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Franklin University in 2003. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts from DePaul University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution. Additionally, Sharon Moseley holds the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from SHRM.
