Fiona Tan

Fiona Tan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as an IT Associate Specialist at Carousell Group since July 2020, Fiona has progressed through multiple roles, enhancing skills in IT support and problem resolution. Prior experience includes working as an IT Support Engineer at honestbee, where responsibilities included diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and serving as a Department Supervisor at Habitat By Honestbee, providing on-the-ground technical support for automated systems. Earlier in their career, Fiona held the position of Assistant Operations Supervisor at Hi Speed Supplies Sdn. Bhd., overseeing manufacturing operations and inventory management. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Information Technology with a minor in Computer Science from James Cook University and a Certificate IV in University Preparation from The University of Queensland.
