Jessica Stamps

Jessica Stamps has extensive experience in quality management and engineering within the metallurgy and additive manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Site Quality Manager at Carpenter Technology Corporation since July 2013. In this role, Jessica oversees two quality management systems for Specialty Alloy Operations and Carpenter Additive, including a captive laboratory. Previous positions include Senior Quality Engineer for the Emerging Technology Center, where Jessica developed a compliant quality system, and Supervisor of the Chemical Laboratory, managing a team in achieving ISO 17025 and Nadcap MTL accreditation. Jessica began the career at Nucor Steel Decatur, LLC, advancing from Lab Technician to Tensile Lab Lead, where responsibilities included managing metallurgical testing teams and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Athens State University.
