Ced Mixon

CeD Mixon has extensive experience in the field of product design and user experience. Currently, CeD is serving as the Director of Product Design at Carputty since May 2022. Additionally, they are also a Product Design Mentor at adplist.org starting from November 2022.

Previously, CeD worked as the User Experience Lead at RoadSync from October 2021 to November 2022, where they collaborated with various departments to establish the final design approach.

Prior to that, CeD held the position of Senior User Experience Designer at Carvana from May 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining Carvana, CeD worked at ParkMobile, LLC as a Senior Product Designer from August 2019 to May 2021, and as a User Experience Designer - Web from July 2017 to August 2019.

Furthermore, CeD has experience as a UX Designer at DataFinch Technologies from September 2015 to September 2016.

CeD began their career as a UX Intern at Everyday Industries from June 2014 to August 2014.

CeD's educational background includes being a student at Savannah College of Art and Design from January 2012 to June 2014.

CeD Mixon holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, which was obtained from 2012 to 2014. They also have a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Digital Arts from Grambling State University, earned between 2008 and 2011. Additionally, CeD Mixon has completed a Development program in Front End Development from General Assembly in 2016. They have obtained several certifications, including 5 Mentorship Sessions from adplist.org in 2022, Design Sprint from Udacity in 2019, and Certified Scrum Master from Mitch Lacey & Associates in 2016.
