Francesco Regondi has a strong background in finance and controlling. Francesco began their career as an intern at Interconsulting Studio Associato in 2010 before becoming a Jr. Collaborator in 2011. In 2012, they served as a City Councilman for Comune di Varedo and a District Councilman for Provincia di Monza e della Brianza in 2013.
Regondi then joined 3M in 2012 and held various roles within the company. Francesco started as a Jr. Business Analyst and worked their way up to Business Controller, where they managed a team of Business Analysts and provided financial counsel to different business groups. Francesco also had experience as the South East Europe Regional Business Finance Manager, responsible for controlling and reporting activities across the region.
Since 2019, Regondi has been working at Carrefour Italia. Francesco started as a Senior Controller Merci before becoming the Head of Business Controlling in the Territory Nord Est. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Direct Channel Business Controlling.

Additionally, Francesco obtained a certification in Fire Prevention & Emergency Management - High Risk Workplace in September 2013 from the Department of Firefighters, Public Rescue and Civil Defense.
