Sophia Thomaidou

Sophia Thomaidou has over 25 years of experience in various human resources roles. Sophia currently works as the Chief People Officer at Motodynamics since December 2019. Prior to that, they were the Organizational Development Director at Zeler Advisory from September 2012 to December 2019. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Group Human Resources Director at Alapis Group of Companies, where they created the Human Resources Division and developed human capital across the group.
