Wizdom Powell

Wizdom Powell is the current Chief Social Impact and Diversity Officer at Headspace. Powell has an extensive background in public health and leadership. Powell began their career as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. In 2011, Powell was selected as a White House Fellow and spent a year working at the U.S. Department of Defense. After their time at the Department of Defense, Powell went on to work as the Associate Director for the Center of Health Equity Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2016, Powell left UNC to become the Chief Social Impact Officer at Headspace Inc.

Wizdom Powell reports to CeCe Morken, CEO. They work with Jodi Hunt Bryant - Chief Commercial Officer, Désirée Pascual - Chief People Officer, and Louisa Cartwright - VP, People.
