Ciara Laverty

Ciara Laverty currently serves as a Human Resources Officer at Carson McDowell since April 2021, having previously held the position of Human Resources Assistant. Prior experience includes roles as a Purchasing Administrator and Office Administrator at Alternative Heat Ltd from July 2019 to March 2021, as well as a Bar Supervisor at Atmosphere Kitchen & Bar from September 2018 to June 2019. Ciara's early career features a summer placement as an HR Assistant at Slieve Donard Resort & Spa in 2018 and a role as an HR Customer Services Assistant at Sodexo from September 2017 to February 2018. Ciara began work at Atmosphere Kitchen & Bar in October 2015 as a Bartender while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services at The University of Salford, which was completed in 2019.
