Sonal K. is an experienced product designer currently working at Carta since July 2021, holding titles as both Product Designer and Associate Product Designer within the Venture Capital sector. Previously, Sonal served as a Design Fellow at Kleiner Perkins, selected as one of 11 fellows from over 3000 applicants, contributing to Nuna, a Kleiner Perkins portfolio company. Other notable experiences include roles at she256 focusing on inclusivity in the blockchain space, a Product Design Intern at Nuna Inc. where significant healthcare platforms were developed, and leading user-centered solutions during a fellowship with the Fung Fellowship for Wellness & Technology Innovations. Sonal also founded Project Patch, a social enterprise promoting products made by underprivileged women in India.
