Daniela Cabral is an experienced HR and ESG leader with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as CHRO at Cartão Elo since March 2024, Daniela previously held the position of HR VP at Mercado Bitcoin, actively fostering a strong startup culture from January 2022 to August 2023. Daniela's extensive background includes serving as HR Director at Avanade, where change management was implemented during a significant workforce reduction, and as Human Resources Director at TOTVS, overseeing HR for Brazil and international units supporting 7,000 employees. Previous roles have also included HR management at Neoris and coordination at Johnson & Johnson, with early career experience as an HR consultant at Aon Hewitt and Accenture.
