Cynthia then moved to roles such as Marketing Associate at Ashland Inc., Marketing/Lead Generation at Valvoline, and Product Specialist at Mosaic Sales Solutions.

In 2011, Cynthia became a Marketing Specialist Manager at 5-hour ENERGY, where they managed a team of product specialists and focused on increasing brand awareness and driving trial to purchase. Cynthia also worked as a Director of Marketing and Business Development at Digiwerks Multimedia from 2001 to 2013, overseeing sales, managing accounts, and developing marketing strategies for multiple industries.

Cynthia has also gained experience in the healthcare industry. Cynthia worked as an Account Executive at Total Home Health from 2012 to 2014, where they built and maintained relationships with key referral sources. Cynthia then joined Progressive Home Care as a Business Development and Account Executive, where they successfully met monthly admission budgets.
