Tobias Caldas

Tobias Caldas has over 28 years of experience in the aviation industry. In 1993, they completed a Specialization Program at Institut Aeronautique et Spatial - IAS. Tobias then joined Embraer in 2000, where they held the role of Sales Engineering Manager, followed by Product Strategy Manager. In 2007, they were promoted to Director, Product Marketing, and then Regional Manager, Product Marketing. In 2020, they became an Aviation Consultant, and in 2022 they were appointed Regional Director of Business Development at REGENT Craft. In this role, they are responsible for developing and manufacturing all-electric, passenger-carrying, wing-in-ground-effect vehicles to service coastal routes.

Tobias Caldas has a Master in Aeronautics & Aerospace from the Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aérospatiales in France, and a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Aeronautics from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
