Jim Berman

Jim Berman has a solid work experience in the property management industry. Jim started their career in 2010 as a Sr Branch Manager at ONEprop, Inc, where they successfully grew the Houston office from 2 employees and 50 managed units to over 1,300 single-family rental properties and 14 employees. Jim oversaw leasing, business development, maintenance, and property management services until ONEprop's acquisition by Property Frameworks in 2017.

After the acquisition, Jim became a Regional Operations Manager at Property Frameworks, where they worked closely with the senior leadership team to oversee the company's operations and direction.
