Nathan Fitch has extensive work experience in the design field. Nathan began their career as a Graphic Designer at Boston Realty Advisors in 2006 and later worked as an Art Director and Senior Art Director at Care.com from 2007 to 2014. Nathan then joined Care.com Europe GmbH as a Senior Art Director from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, Nathan joined Rakuten International as a Pillar Lead for Retention in the Pride+ ERG. In 2017, they transitioned to Cartera, a Rakuten company, where they worked as a Contract Product Designer and later as a Principal Product Designer. Nathan also held the role of Director of Product Design at Cartera. Currently, Nathan is a Vice President for RakAbility ERG at Rakuten International. Nathan has a strong focus on creating inclusive workplaces and improving the experience of employees and customers.
Nathan Fitch began their education at Mt. Abram Regional High School, where they obtained a diploma between the years 1997 and 2001. After completing high school, they attended the University of Maine at Farmington from 2001 to 2002, focusing on Secondary Education and English. Following this, Nathan pursued their passion for Graphic Design at The New England Institute of Art, earning a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design between 2003 and 2006.
