Caroline Chevaleyre

Global Head Of Community Building - Innovation at Cartier

Caroline Chevaleyre began their work experience as a Communication Assistant at Cityneo in 2001. Caroline then moved on to become a Web & Mobile Marketing Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for project management, marketing strategy, recruitment and management of teams, and content analysis and reporting. During their time at Cityneo, they also managed various communities and launched mobile marketing campaigns.

In 2009, Caroline worked as a Community Manager at Story Jungle before joining Avedya for Orange as a Social Media Manager. At Avedya, they managed community services for ORANGE France, wrote communication campaigns, and oversaw the work of community managers.

From 2010 to 2015, Caroline held roles at ODIGEO, including Communication Manager - France and Head of Content Marketing Europe. Caroline then became a Professor at CFA Descartes from March 2015 to July 2021.

In February 2016, Caroline joined Clarins as the Global Digital Director, where they defined the global strategy and managed a team of 20 people. Their responsibilities included collaborating with ecommerce directors, setting a new organization with a UX data-driven approach, and overseeing the global digital activity for 24 websites.

Most recently, Caroline has taken up the position of Global Head of Community Building - Innovation at Cartier as of June 2022.

Caroline Chevaleyre's education history includes a Master's degree in Communication, General from ISCOM. Caroline also has a degree in Executive coaching from HEC Paris. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Manager projets complexes from Sciences Po, Html 5 - les basiques from Cegos, and a Certification in MBTI from The Myers-Briggs Company. Caroline has also obtained a certification in Content Square.
