Shannon Plant-Grant

Shannon Plant-Grant is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Cartier since January 2024, Shannon previously held various roles at Neiman Marcus Group from September 2016 to January 2024, culminating as the People Services Lead for San Francisco and Palo Alto, where responsibilities included hiring, training, and developing talent. Prior experience includes positions at Pottery Barn as Associate Store Manager and Nordstrom, where Shannon progressed through multiple management roles focused on maximizing productivity and sales while fostering employee development. Shannon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and an Associate of Arts in Merchandise Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM).
