Sahara Juste

Sahara Juste has a wealth of work experience, starting with their current role as Global Sales Director at CARTO in 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of Sales at Ladorian in 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Senior Business Development Manager at Nextail Labs, where they developed and executed a strategic plan for expanding business and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets, and signed the 2nd and 3rd biggest contracts in Nextail's history. From 2016 to 2017, they were Co-Founder & CMO of Mencanta Brand "provoking smiles" (www.mencantabrand.com), where they had P&L responsibility and grew sales from 0 to +40K€ monthly. From 2013 to 2016, they were Co-Founder & CMO of Mencanta Technologies, where they created the brand, storytelling, and value proposition. In 2013, they founded www.sahara-oasis.com. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Freelance Buyer, Personal Shopper, and Image Consultant, building a commercial network in Spain to distribute fashion accessories from Chinese suppliers to multibrand stores. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Market Analyst at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China, conducting market research and analysis of the Chinese culture and communications. Finally, in 2011, they were a Prácticas in the department of Mercados de Valores at Ramón y Cajal Abogados.

Sahara Juste attended Georgetown University in 2010, where they studied International Relations, Law and Diplomacy. From 1994 to 2004, they attended the Conservatory of Dance in Sevilla, specializing in Classical Ballet. Sahara also holds a Law and Business Degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
