Richard Turley

Richard Turley is currently a Partner at Caruso Turley Scott Inc., a position Richard has held since March 1977. Prior to that, Richard worked as a Plan Review Engineer at the City of Tempe from April 1978 to April 1980. Richard graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1976 with a BSE degree after attending Prescott High School from 1964 to 1967.
