Lee Jacobs

Lee Jacobs has extensive work experience in the engineering field, with a focus on automotive solutions. Lee is currently serving as the Head of Engineering - Automotive Solutions at Carwood since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Hartridge Ltd from 2014 to 2021, holding various roles including Engineering and Technical Director, Global Strategy and Technical Product Director, and Engineering Director. In these positions, they were responsible for developing test equipment machines for automotive products and managing a diverse team of engineers. Before that, Lee worked at Delphi Diesel Systems as an Engineering Manager and Product Engineer from 2008 to 2014. Lee also gained experience as a Development Engineer at Thor Engineering from 2006 to 2007, where they worked on custom aftermarket tuning solutions for vehicles.

Lee Jacobs completed their A Level in Engineering at Solihull College from 2001 to 2003. Lee later pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Motorsport/Performance Engineering at Coventry University from 2004 to 2007.
