Donna Geitter, MSN, RN, PHR, CSPO has extensive work experience in various roles in human resources and healthcare. Donna currently holds the position of Human Resources Business Partner- Technical Manager at CAS, where they lead and collaborates with senior management on HR initiatives and strategies, particularly in the area of technology. Prior to their current role, Donna served as the Director of Information Technology/Human Resources People Solutions at OhioHealth, overseeing teams focused on innovative training and technology solutions. Donna also held the position of Application (EPIC) Training and Education Manager, where they developed and executed training strategies for hospital EPIC Go-lives. In addition, Donna has experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, Associate Relations Associate, and Administrative Nurse Manager, showcasing their expertise in talent planning, employee engagement, and patient care management. Donna'searly career included roles as a Registered Nurse, Transport Team at Nationwide Children's Hospital, where they provided direct patient care and was involved in emergency care and stabilization.

Donna Geitter holds a Master's of Nursing degree in Nursing Administration from Capital University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Daemen University, from 1994 to 1996. Donna also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Registered Nursing from Erie Community College, which they obtained from 1989 to 1991.
