As Employment Specialist, Richard Bejumea is responsible for matching employers with workers assessing workers skill and ability for job requirements, making sure employers will follow CASA’s process in hiring and making sure workers follow their ethic of conduct while in the job or in the center. Employment Specialists will provide training in regards to OSHA, resume building, professional expectations, interview skills and many more for workers to be successful in the new job or permanent job they might be trying to get or for daily jobs they are required to go.
