Corey Souza

Corey Souza has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Corey started working at Spumoni Restaurant as a Bartender in 2009 and continued until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Room Service Attendant and Bartender at Locanda verde. In 2014, they joined citizenM hotels as a Beverage Specialist and later took on the role of Brand Ambassador and Trainer until 2019. Notably, they were responsible for managing front desk kiosks, canteenM bar, cloud bar, and kitchen prep duties. In 2021, Corey joined TAO Group as a Beverage Manager, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Beverage Manager at Casa Nela.

Corey Souza completed their high school education at Saint Raphael Academy High School, earning a high school diploma. Following that, from 2011 to 2013, Corey attended the Community College of Rhode Island, where they pursued a field of study in General Studies. Corey also obtained a certification in Food Handler Cards from the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in June 2017.
