Ellen Balboni

Ellen Balboni has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Ellen currently holds the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Casa Systems, Inc. since 2020. Before this, they worked at Zimmerman Associates for six years, starting in 2014 as Vice President. In this role, they built strong client relationships, collaborated with hiring managers, and managed a team of recruiters and sourcers. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Recruiting at Zimmerman Associates, a Global Sourcing Strategies Company, from 2010 to 2014. Ellen also has experience as an Account Manager at Crito Group from 2008 to 2010. Ellen began their career at Macy's, where they worked as a Regional Cosmetic Manager from 1997 to 1999.

Ellen Balboni attended Presentation of Mary Academy and went on to study at Northeastern University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Business/Marketing.
