Jay Flake

Jay Flake has over 17 years of work experience in various roles within the telecommunications industry. Jay is currently the VP of Sales at Casa Systems, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this, Jay worked at Ericsson for 11 years, where they held the positions of Director services sales from February 2014 to October 2021, and Director customer support from 2010 to January 2014. Before joining Ericsson, they were a Member of Technical Staff at Verizon from March 2009 to March 2010. Jay began their career at Nortel in 2004, where they served as a Sales Manager from January 2005 to September 2009, and as a Sales Engineer from March 2004 to December 2005.

Jay Flake attended the North Carolina State University - College of Management from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a B.A in Business Administration. Later, from 2002 to 2008, Jay pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
