Mohamed Bhalla

Mohamed Bhalla has over 16 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Mohamed started their career in 2003 at Motorola Solutions, where they served as a Senior Escalation Engineer and Escalation Manager. In this role, they provided technical support for Motorola's VoIP push-to-talk solution worldwide and troubleshooted wireless carrier network issues. Mohamed also maintained a database of active issues and prioritized them.

In 2014, Mohamed joined Casa Systems, Inc. as a Senior Integration/Escalation Engineer. Here, they tested the integration and functionality of Casa-Systems' CMTS, troubleshooted cable companies' networks, and provided appropriate solutions. Mohamed also conducted tests and simulations for various aspects such as VoIP, routing, latency, and lawful intercept. Mohamed was also responsible for testing the integration of third-party vendors' Remote PHY Devices and Casa Systems' vccap, ccap, and remote phy nodes.

Mohamed Bhalla pursued their education in a systematic manner. Mohamed completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from UMass Lowell between 1996 and 1998. To further enhance their knowledge and skills, they went on to pursue a Master of Mathematics degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. This program spanned from 2004 to 2007.
