Pam Hurley has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Pam most recently served as the Senior Director of Customer Program Management at Casa Systems, Inc. Here, they were responsible for defining program plans for new product deployments with key carrier accounts and ensuring smooth deployments through proactive collaboration with sales, engineering, and product line management teams. Prior to this, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the R&D Operations Manager for HPE Networking, where they led a team of engineers providing technical support for data center and campus network products. Pam also had daily collaboration with global HPE teams and managed strategic account testing and support escalations. Previously, Pam was the VP of Global Operations at uReach Technologies, where they oversaw corporate operations functions and built strong customer relationships. Pam also held the position of Senior Director of Carrier Operations at NMS Communications, where they managed global delivery of products and services. In addition, they held various leadership roles at NMS Communications, including Product Director, Director of Operations, and Director of Engineering for Network Solutions. Pam began their career at TASC, where they worked as a Program Manager and successfully managed commercial and government integration projects. Throughout their career, Pam has demonstrated a strong focus on customer satisfaction, seamless project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Pam Hurley pursued their education in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Control Systems. Pam first attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1980 to 1984, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree. Following this, they joined Stanford University in 1984 and completed their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, with a concentration in Control Systems, in 1985.
