Stephen Bagley

Stephen Bagley has over 10 years of experience in engineering roles. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an Engineering Coop at ITT Water & Wastewater, where they were responsible for the global product launch of a highly customizable product. Stephen then worked as an Engineering Coop at Liberty Pumps from 2011 to 2012, assisting Design Engineers with design, testing, and validation of new products in development and existing product changes. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer - Platform at Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company, where they were a contractor for Yoh Staffing at General Electric Transportation. During this time, they were responsible for mechanical design engineering dealing with heavy fabrication, weldments, structural analysis, change orders, DFMEA, and cost downs. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer - Contractor at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, where they were the Team Lead and Mechanical Design Engineer for Fluidics, AC/DC Power and Computer Sub-Systems. In 2017, they began working as a Design Engineer II at LSI Solutions, where they led and grew a team consisting of Design, Verification and Applications Engineers and Technicians while launching world class medical products. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Design Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Stephen currently works as a Research & Development Mechanical Engineer at Casana.

Stephen Bagley attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
