Dai Rees

Dai Rees is an experienced professional in the fields of well-being, coaching, and rugby management. Currently serving as the Strategic Business Lead at Case-UK since May 2023, Dai collaborates with SMEs in South Wales to enhance staff well-being and provide tailored training. As Director and Practitioner at Red Road Wellbeing since January 2022, Dai focuses on coaching and mentoring for individual and team development. Previous roles include Head of Academy at Dragons Rugby, Chief Rugby Operations Officer at the Hong Kong Rugby Union, and various coaching positions with the Welsh Rugby Union. Dai holds a BA (Hons) and PGCE in Sports Science and Maths from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff, complemented by an educational background in A levels from Crosskeys College.
