Irv Cohen

Irv Cohen has extensive work experience in various leadership and board roles. Irv is currently the CEO and member of the board of directors at CodeBoxx since June 2021. Prior to that, they were a founding partner at St. Petersburg Group, starting in January 2018. Irv also co-founded Seedfunders in November 2017 and served as the board chair of the Seedfunders Opportunity Fund. From 2014, Irv was a founding partner and past chair at Social Venture Partners - Tampa, where they aimed to build relationships between philanthropists and non-profits. Irv was a board member at the St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership since June 2020. Irv has also held the role of managing director at Innovations Capital Group since June 2013. Additionally, they served as the chief strategy officer at CaseGlide starting in November 2015. Irv has contributed to various organizations as a board member, including The Florida Holocaust Museum from January 2020 to November 2022, Safe Zone Technologies, Inc. from January 2019 to November 2022, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay from May 2005 to August 2020.

Irv Cohen has pursued an MBA in Finance from New York University. Additionally, they have also completed an MBA in Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Moreover, Irv Cohen holds the certification of Certified Public Accountant, which they obtained from New York in September 1975.
