Jackie Schmiedlin, JD has extensive experience in customer success and legal roles. Jackie is currently working at Casetext as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Jackie Schmiedlin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2002. Following that, they obtained a Baccalaureate Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from the Minnesota School of Business in 2010. In 2011, they obtained a Global Arbitration Law and Practice Certificate from Queen Mary University of London. Lastly, in 2013, Jackie completed their education by earning a Doctor of Law degree from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Jackie also obtained the Bar Admission certification from the State of Minnesota in October 2013.
