The Customer Solutions Specialist will work with Casetext’s Enterprise customer success and engineering teams to manage and execute large-scale projects leveraging CoCounsel’s advanced AI technology. CoCounsel, built on GPT 4, is the first true AI based legal assistant for attorneys. It automates multiple time-consuming tasks attorneys perform regularly. It is flexible and powerful enough to be used by both solo practitioners and attorneys at AM Law 200 firms.
As the Customer Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with Casetext’s Enterprise clients to determine the best methods of prompting our AI to accomplish a wide range of tasks and determining how CoCounsel can be used to solve their challenges. This role also involves documenting best practices for prompting CoCounsel to build up a library of tools and tutorials that allows others to learn prompt engineering. You will also need to be comfortable communicating with clients, as this is a customer-facing heavy role. This role is entirely remote, but you must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary Range: $120-135K (total compensation)
