Matt Baxter is currently the CTO at CaseWare, a company that provides software for auditing, financial reporting, and data analytics. Prior to their current position, Baxter served as the VP of Engineering at Jibestream from September 2015 to December 2017. For RESTful services, they use Spring Java Web Services running on Azure App Services backed by redis cache clusters and various cloud data persistence technologies.

Their Continuous Delivery pipelines are powered by TravisCI & Azure. Extensive unit and integration testing are applied across all software products to maintain high quality & health, along with rapid development cycles.

Matt Baxter has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a BSC in Engineering Systems and Computing from the University of Guelph.
