Casey Family Programs
Dawn R. Triplett, MPA, serves as the Project Manager for the Technical Assistance Unit at Casey Family Programs since February 2022, focusing on collaboration with internal teams and external partners to enhance outcomes for children and families. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Evaluation Coordinator at a Pittsburgh-based non-profit from July 2009 to February 2022, where Dawn provided program evaluation and quality improvement support, and as Quality Improvement Manager at Family Services of Western PA from November 2006 to July 2009, leading initiatives to improve processes and outcomes. Earlier, Dawn held the position of Director of Program Services at A Second Chance, Inc., overseeing kinship foster care programs and managing teams. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
