Kate Interisano

Kate Interisano has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kate started with The Cake Box as an Assistant Decorator in 2008, where they provided customer service, designed and decorated wedding cakes. In 2011, they worked as a Tax Professional at H&R Block, completing clients' income taxes and managing the location. Kate then joined Commisso's Fresh Foods as a Human Resources Advisor/Intern, where they provided HR support. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Human Resource Coordinator at FlightNetwork.com, a leading online travel company. In 2013, they worked as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator at CWD, a consumer electronics manufacturer, handling payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and HR policies. Since 2014, they have been working at Niagara Casinos, initially as an HRIS Coordinator, then as an Events & Recognition Specialist, followed by various roles in compensation and benefits, and currently as the Director of HR Services.

Kate Interisano completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Business at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2006 to 2010. Kate also obtained a Post-Grad Diploma in Human Resources Management from Niagara College from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, Kate has a certification from Leadership Niagara, provided by Brock University.
