Charlene Frasier

Charlene Frasier is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Cass Information Systems since June 2019, Charlene also owns Shugah Down South Catering, a venture launched in May 2019. Previously, Charlene held the position of Circuit Specialist I at Windstream Communications from December 2003 to October 2017, where responsibilities included performing circuit acceptance tests and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Earlier experience at NuVox as a Toll-Free Specialist involved generating new toll-free numbers and porting numbers from various carriers. Charlene completed education at Bladensburg High School from 1982 to 1984.
