Judy Spear

Judy Spear has extensive experience in sales and account management within the waste management industry. At Waste Pro USA since November 2017, Judy drives business growth through effective negotiation and customer relationship management. Concurrently, Judy has served as a Client Account Manager at Cass Information Systems since December 2013, focusing on account growth and client success. Prior to these roles, Judy held various positions at Waste Management Inc. from 1996 to 2013, including Territory Manager and Account Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing customer accounts, preparing bids, and resolving service issues. Judy earned a degree in Liberal Arts from Saint Xavier University between 1992 and 1994.
