Michelle Demumbrane

Michelle DeMumbrane, CPP, currently serves as the Manager of Payroll & Compensation at Cass Information Systems since November 2023, overseeing payroll processing, merit increases, and compliance for multi-state and global payroll. Previously, Michelle held various roles including Human Resources Manager - Payroll at Watlow, and Senior HRIS and Payroll Administrator at Worldwide Flight Services, where responsibilities included payroll processing and compliance using systems like Dayforce and SAP Payroll. Michelle has extensive experience in payroll management, implementation of systems such as ADP and SAP SuccessFactors, and conducting compensation analyses, with a strong background in auditing and ensuring data integrity. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Music Performance from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma Christian University.
