Eduardo Chaves Fernandes

Eduardo Chaves Fernandes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product operations and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Product Operations Manager at Cast Group since November 2020, Eduardo manages product support activities and develops support process indicators. Prior to this role, Eduardo spent six years at ExxonMobil in various Scrum Master positions, including Project Lead, where responsibilities encompassed coaching teams in agile practices and facilitating project progress. Earlier career experiences include roles as an IT Coordinator and System Analyst, with foundational work in technology management and systems development. Eduardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from UTFPR and previously studied Computer Science at UEMS.
