Kevin Abbott

Kevin Abbott is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Dining Room Manager at Castellucci Hospitality Group since April 2023 and as Banquet Manager at the Country Music Hall Of Fame and Museum since November 2021. Prior roles include Executive Chef at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group and The ONE Group, along with experience as Executive Sous Chef at Kayne Prime and Sous Chef at TomKats Hospitality. Kevin began a culinary career as a Chef at Woodstock Cucina and Gusto Restaurant Poughkeepsie, following diverse roles as Sous Chef and Chef across various establishments. Education includes an Associate of Occupational Studies from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Albany.
